In the fall of 2020 the two friends set out to combine the love of motorcycles and coffee. Joe Spina and Virgil MacInnes created Off The Spokes Moto Cafe. Joey a well seasoned motorcycle builder and Virgil an avid motorcycle enthusiast and culinary junkie wanted to combine the two crafts. We started our journey with the Coffee Trailer build, supplying local events and rides with fresh locally roasted coffee.
